Welcome to our Office to Flats Conversion! The developer snagged a commercial building, envisioning a trio of modern flats. Realizing the need for a visual facelift, we stepped in. With materials already on deck, we curated a contemporary aesthetic, crafted stunning CGI, and whipped up a brochure, empowering the developer to kickstart sales even before the refurbishment's final touches.

Our role spanned transforming an office space into three chic flats. Leveraging our expertise, we created a modern mood, awe-inspiring CGI, and a persuasive brochure—equipping the developer with the tools to showcase the potential of the flats and drive quick sales momentum.
