Project Overview:
Embark on our Loft Conversion Project, where innovation met architectural challenge. Transforming space posed a unique puzzle—creating a bedroom and en-suite within the constraints of maintaining the existing roofline. Our journey involved intricate construction drawings, navigating plumbing and electrical intricacies, and collaborating closely with builders. Despite challenges, we seamlessly connected staircases, delivering a bespoke loft that harmonizes functionality with the charm of the existing structure.The Client took the chance also to renovate the kitchen at the floor below and demolishing a wall that separated the kitchen from the living room.
Project Scope:
Our expertise unfolded in a complex loft conversion, crafting a bedroom and en-suite bathroom while expertly navigating height restrictions imposed by an approved planning application. From detailed construction drawings to hands-on assistance with builders and liaising with building control, our scope embraced the entire transformation journey.
