Project Overview:

We recently completed the Fulham House Revamp, an extensive renovation project for a luxury 4-bedroom home recently sold for £4.5 million. The project encompassed a comprehensive refresh from the basement to the top floor, with a primary focus on updating the ground floor to align with the new owners' vision. Key aspects of the renovation included:
Ground Floor: Renovated kitchen, new living area, and redesigned studio spaces
Basement: Preserved the existing wine cellar, modified utility rooms, and created new play rooms for children
First Floor: Refreshed master bedroom and redesigned a spacious bathroom with luxury features
Second Floor: Updated children's bedrooms and bathroom
Terrace: Modified design to address overlooking issues while maintaining an elegant aesthetic
Additional work: Resolved a leak issue from the patio and removed an out-of-place palm tree
To help the clients visualize the final result, we provided Computer-Generated Imagery (CGI) of our design vision.

2. Ensure privacy while maintaining an open and elegant feel
Additional property improvements:
1. Resolution of patio leak issue
2. Removal of an unsuitable palm tree to enhance overall aesthetics
3. Design visualization: Creation and presentation of CGI renderings to illustrate the proposed design changes
Project management:
