Our role began with conducting a drone survey and creating CGI (Computer-Generated Imagery) to assist the architect in achieving planning permission and enabling the developer to market the property effectively. Following the success of these initial efforts, we were further engaged to provide interior design services, including CGI renderings, to showcase a cost-effective yet elegant furnishing plan tailored for rental apartments.
