This project involved the expansion of a successful London perfume retailer to a new location near Covent Garden. Our firm was engaged early in the process, even before the lease was confirmed, to assess the feasibility of the client's vision and to provide drawings for the landlord's approval. The project then progressed to a comprehensive coordination phase, involving multiple specialists, with the goal of obtaining building control approval and completing the shop on a tight schedule to open before Christmas.
